ACR Convergence is full of opportunities to engage with friends and colleagues, and to establish new connections within the rheumatology community, beginning with the Opening Reception in the Networking Lounges.
The reception will take place on Friday, Nov. 15, from 6:15–7:15 p.m. ET in Hall D, on level two of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
All of the ACR Convergence Networking Lounges are located in Hall D and will be available from 7:15 a.m.–6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, through Monday, Nov. 18. These are physical spaces where clinicians, researchers, educators, and professionals can connect, share ideas, collaborate, and engage in meaningful conversations. The lounges include:
- Basic Science & Global Lounge
- Business of Rheumatology Lounge
- Pediatric Lounge
- ARP Interprofessional Lounge
- Workforce and Education Lounge
The Networking Lounges will host a variety of networking events based on professional interests. These events enable you to connect with like-minded individuals and expand your network within your specific areas of interest.
ACR Career Fair
Take part in the ACR Career Fair on Monday, from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. in Liberty IJKL of the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC, for another networking opportunity.
Meet face-to-face with hiring managers from organizations with open positions. Make plans to join your colleagues and be part of the most exciting recruiting event in your field.
This event is free to all scientific attendees. Job seekers and employers are invited to register for this free event. Light snacks will be served.
Poster Hall
The Poster Hall offers an unparallelled opportunity to engage with presenters and connect with potential future collaborators. The hall, located in Hall C, is open from 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday through Monday. Guided Poster Tours take place from 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. each of the three days.
